This Summer I was delighted to be awarded a scholarship to attend the Lythe Chamber Music course in North Yorkshire for the second time. I spent the week studying early keyboard music with tuition from John Irving and other early music specialists from Ensemble DeNOTE and was privileged to perform on a fortepiano by local instrument maker Johannes Secker.
